Nouns express correlations

Honoring the name of the Lord means speaking about God in faith and reverence. Blasphemy, false oaths, or using the name of the Lord to cover up wrongdoing harms one's relationship with Him and with the community.

Sunday, the day of Christ's resurrection.

Catholics are invited to attend Sunday Mass and obligatory feast days, unless there is a serious reason. This day is also dedicated to joy, rest, family, culture, charity, and caring for the marginalized.

Key point

Resting is not laziness. It is a healthy boundary that reminds us that human value lies not only in productivity and that all time belongs to God.

Reflection

In what ways is my Sunday different from other days, apart from my daily schedule?

Practice

Prepare for Sunday the night before: schedule time for Mass, a meaningful meal or gathering, a break from equipment, and an act of kindness towards others.

Prayer

Lord, sanctify my words and my time so that my life may glorify Your Name.
