The body speaks the language of human beings.
Human beings are a unity of body and spirit. Sexuality influences how we give, connect, and build relationships; therefore, it needs to be integrated into a love that respects the dignity, truth, and vocation of each individual.
Chastity is not about hating the body. It is a virtue that helps emotions and desires to serve true love, with different ways of life depending on the vocation of celibacy, consecrated life, or marriage.
Freedom needs boundaries.
Love is not about coercion, manipulation, or turning others into objects for gratification. Pornographic content harms both participants and viewers, distorting intimacy; it should be actively avoided, and help should be sought if it becomes a habit.
No one has the right to touch you, ask for private images, or pressure you into feeling unsafe. When abuse occurs, the fault lies with the perpetrator; leave the danger and report it to a trusted adult or a protective agency.
Do the relationships and content I consume help me view others as persons or as objects?
Review privacy settings and content on your device; remove sources of temptation, set clear limits, and choose a responsible person to support you if needed.
